McPheeters Group has partnered with Mel Redman and Associates and Cole Peterson to bring you the Bentonville Leadership Network located in the Heart of Bentonville, AR . . . which also happens to be home to the largest company in the world - Wal-Mart.
Mel Redman served a distinguished career with Wal-Mart, serving as Senior Vice President of Store Planning and Operations, as well as Senior Vice President and leader of the Wal-Mart U.S transition team that acquired 122 Woolco stores in Canada. Mel was a successful leader at every level with Wal-Mart; starting in 1976 . . . until his retirement in 1995, at the age of 45.
Since that time Mel has served as a top leader and management consultant for several Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and Internationally. Today Mel consults with many of the key companies who sell goods and service through the retail and service sectors.
Mel is one of the Featured Keynote Speakers at the Bentonville Leadership Network and is co-collaborator with McPheeters Group on the project.
